Hiring Retail Sales Supervisor
Remax Nepal, a popular gadgets brand in Nepal, is currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team in Kathmandu, Nepal. As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations at our Gadgets Store.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and coaching the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist in daily sales operation, stock management, and other duties as assigned.
- Ensuring efficient store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Proactively identifying trends and opportunities to drive sales and improve overall store performance
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues faced by the sales team.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Monitoring store sales performance, generating reports, and implementing necessary improvements
- Collaborating with marketing and management teams to develop and execute promotional activities
- Assisting in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably in a supervisory position (in Computer/Mobile retail stores or similar businesses.)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of gadgets and electronic products
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during special events as needed
