Delivery
Yes, we do have delivery services all over Nepal.
We provide Home Delivery & Cash on Delivery service to most of the major cities of Nepal.
For areas within Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktapur, we can deliver within 1 or 2 days.
For out-of Valley areas, the delivery will usually take about 3-4 days.
However, in some cases, it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales, or when there are other mitigating circumstances.
We have free delivery service for orders above Rs5000.
And for orders below Rs5000, our delivery fee starts from Rs100.
If your order arrives visibly damaged or if you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery please contact RemaxNepal Customer Service immediately. You can reach out to us at here with your order ID and images of the product. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.

We provide multiple payment options:

- Online wallets like E-Sewa & Fonepay
- Direct Bank Transfer
No, there aren’t any hidden charges. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of all taxes. However, in case of home delivery, there will be a delivery charge depending upon the location for orders below Rs5000.
Your Order
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of items listed on our website are as accurate as possible and we make sure that you receive the same product that you ordered. In case the product is not up to your expectation, you can return it immediately.
We sell our products at fixed price all over Nepal. However there might be promotional discount and sales offer occasionally.
We also have RemaxNepal Membership Discounts. Anyone who purchases from RemaxNepal will be registered as a member. And all of our member can enjoy membership discounts after minimum purchase of Rs10,000.
Warranty & Replacement
All of our electronic products comes with replacement warranty of 3 months, 6 months & 1 year depending upon the product.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty products. Physical & electrical damages will not be covered by warranty. You can read more of our warranty guidelines here.

Return & Refund
Thanks for letting us know and we are sorry you feel this way. We always do our best to accommodate all customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return and refund the product within five days of purchase date. Please contact our Customer Service Team here or visit us at any of our Flagship store with the product for refund. You need to provide the product will all of its accessories and packaging.
There will be no charge and you will be refunded fully. But have to provide the product with all of its accessories and packaging in good condition. You can read more of our Return Policy here.
